Good News! Room prices have
been reduced. We have blocked a number of special priced rooms for our event
at the Palace Station Hotel and Casino in
Las Vegas
. These prices expire on September 20, 2010, so please make your reservations
now.
All
the events will take place at the Hotel. They have 800 rooms available and are
the least expensive venue just three minuets from the Las Vegas Strip behind
the “Circus, Circus” Hotel. www.palacestation.com
There two levels of rooms
available, “the courtyard”, the
older part of the hotel” and “the
Tower”, the newer addition”.
COURTYARD level room prices:
$25.00 – daily rate for
10/13 & 10/14 – Wednesday & Thursday
$45.00 – daily rate for
10/15 & 10/16 – Friday & Saturday
$25.00 – daily rate for
10/17 - Sunday
These prices are for one or
two persons in a room, ask for one king-size or two double beds. If there is a
third person in the room, add $15.00 per night. If there are four persons in
the room, add $30.00 per night.
There are petit suites
available for $30.00 extra per night.
TOWER level room prices:
$35.00 – daily rate for
10/13 & 10/14 – Wednesday & Thursday
$55.00 – daily rate for
10/15 & 10/16 – Friday & Saturday
$35.00 – daily rate for
10/17 - Sunday
These prices are for one or
two persons in a room, ask for one king-size or two double beds. If there is a
third person in the room, add $15.00 per night. If there are four persons in
the room, add $30.00 per night. There are petit suites available for $30.00
extra per night.
RESERVATION PROCEDURES:
Individuals attending the Las Vegas International Karate
Championships (IKC) are to call the Reservations Office at (800) 634-3101 and identify themselves as attendees of the Las Vegas International Karate
Championships (IKC) or Reservation ID PCIKATE. In order to receive the
group room rate a credit card or a deposit in the amount of one (1) night’s
room and tax charge is to be received no later than fourteen (14) days from
the date the room reservation was made. If the room guarantee of one (1)
night’s room and tax charge is not received within the fourteen (14) day
grace period, the reservation will be cancelled. Palace
Station hotel & Casino will take reservations for the Las Vegas International Karate
Championships (IKC) group until September 20, 2010, after this date the hotel will take reservations
on a space available basis and at prevailing hotel rate.
SERVICE FEE There is an additional $9.95 daily service fee
per night per room. This entitles the guests to free:
1.) Airport shuttle service at
scheduled times to and from the airport. (See link for times)
2.) Shuttle service to and
from the Las Vegas Strip. (See link for times)
3.) Wireless internet in each
room
4.) Pool and unlimited use of
Fitness Facility
5.) Line Pass to Feast Buffet
6.) 10% discount at Hotel gift
shop
7.) Incoming faxes and Hotel
coupons
Please Note: The above room rates and Hotel Service Fee are subject
to Clark County room tax, currently at 12%.
